Physician - Urgent Care - Relocation and Sign on Bonus Available!

We have a great opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician in an Urgent Care setting. We are seeking a patient-oriented medical provider committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. No weeknight call rotation, overflow clinic seeing only patients from the other primary care practices, pre-scheduled patients. Brockton/Easton line, 1/2 mile from Rt 24. Per Diem hours also available.The selected physician will also help support the goals of Patient Centered Medical Home providing expanded access to patients in the evenings, and weekends. This is a full time (40 hours/week) opportunity, some weekends. Work within a Team-Based Care model to provide care for patients with same day care needs, chronic diseases, to achieve health goals. Performs therapeutic procedures such as , splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.</li> <li style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 10px 0px 0px; list-style: disc; line-height: 21px; word-wrap: break-word;">Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care. Communicates with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.
